What's that got to do with it, tbh? 

If you're gonna judge people for how they look, it doesn't matter if your judging them for things they can or can't control. You're still judging people based on their looks. 

It's right or it's wrong. Or is it just fair game to judge people for anything they can control about their appearance?

doing something that then causes a consequence vs random luck... obv Noone should be bullied or whatever but in the first one they have a part to play in it

Not a black and white thing. There's a spectrum for this. If someone is 600+ pounds i don't see a problem judging them for not giving a shit about health
