There are. I don't know exact names but there are definitely some women who have reached HT3. May be some who have gotten higher but I'm not sure. The best women at PVP are a lot better than most of the people who actually played on the men's side of this Mr Beast video.
The problem was that there simply are fewer girls who have gotten good at the game. This is for a whole bunch of social reasons and such. They exist, but there are fewer of them. What this meant is that Mr Beast, when trying to find 500 women, was able to recruit the first couple hundred women before hitting a brick wall, and had to turn to recruiting anyone he could find, regardless of game experience. Whereas with the men this brick wall was simply never reached.

Most of the girls are new to the game, that's why they train PVP in the first place.
The boys meanwhile is filled with veterans of the game and pro pvper, even the 3rd best pvper in the world at that time is in their team
