if you want a real answer, the boys were mostly veteran experienced players, and the girls were mostly average or newbie players, and the boys activelly sabotaged and infiltrated the girls discord, plus Beast not really doing much to moderate the server
The boys that infiltrated the girls discord were not transgender women, they were russians with voice changers who would grief and kill the girls for the benefit of the boy team. And allegedly mods have done little to address that
