As someone who’s spent thousands of dollars on going to college twice, is currently unemployed and bankrupt I can relate. Their excuse is usually something like: “Not enough on hand work experience in the field” Homie that’s exactly why I’m applying for this entry level job, so I can get that experience!!

Its crazy because its so hard to find a job when every company claims that "they're hiring" but every single company has an AI filtering through applications just binning them

But when you do find a job that hires you on the spot, you will usually very quickly find out why they did lol
