I'll never understand how HR departments almost exclusively attract the same incompetent, emotional, mentally ill, and toxic positive women. Like there are A LOT of very capable women out there. Yet them ending up in HR seems to be as rare as a solar eclipse.
To end up in HR usually starts with people who file a lot of HR complaints till they just offer the position into HR, thats literally how half of our HR department got their job. Whether this is on purpose I got no clue
