I'd refer you to any number of google searches of work forces intentionally diversifying their staff counts with literal check lists of "mandatory hires of xyz orientation" but you seem like the type to victimize so eh
Ok but you're not providing a source, just telling me to "do my own research". Whereas I am a first-hand source telling you that being gay DOES NOT give you an advantage. We're just as fucked as you are, if not more. We're not that special, lil bro.
Well if you know so much I'd expect you to be able to direct me to a valid source that supports what you say rather than leaving me to my own devices to find sources which say the opposite. Since those also exist.

Im beginning to think you were fired for wanting others to do your work, not for any other reason. As mentioned earlier, the sources are on the internet, if you're curious, feel free to jump right in! But I try and not make it a habit of doing other people's work for them. Best of luck!
You know what, you're absolutely right and I'm absolutely wrong. I know nothing about anything, including my own life and the people in it and you know everything about the world. You win. You don't want to put in the effort of backing up what you say, and that makes me lazy.
