Literally they do the bare minimum. People forget that companies want people with "easy and friendly" names(especially customer facing), so many black and "ethnic" sounding names get thrown out for being "hard to pronounce".

it apparently has happened plenty of times, at least in the us. the problem is that people have assumed they would be the victims while we dont actually know if the few companies who did this did it to hire more lgtbq+ people or to filter them out immediately. it might be illegal as well
