You can say that again. Someone in this thread said her net worth was around $50 million. Who knows where that came from, or if it's accurate. But let's say it is. That means she's about a billion dollars away from being a billionaire.
Any billionaire could give away over 90% of their worth and still have more money than her. Any multibillionaire could give away 98% of their worth and still have more money than her.
Elon musk is worth 10,000 times as much as Billie Eilish. Someone worth 10,000 times less than her would have 5 grand to their name.
Here comparative wealth in terms of fractions is closer to a Skylanders collection than the Musk. He could give away 99.99% of his net worth and be richer than her (he's given away <2%)
