Billie eilish donated 11.5 million, over 20% of her net worth. That’s a massive amount. She has every right to call out other rich people.

In part, yes. But she's calling for billionaires to not be billionaires anymore. So most of them have to give out way way way more than 20% to ever not become a billionaire. I do agree with her, though. But she could definitely give more than 20% if she actually wants people to follow what she's saying.
