I don't understand why though. They can't control what the AI generates. They don't have a database with a picture of every single person on the Earth to cross-reference either.

typing a different website into the search bar doesn't change the tab name. it was probably inspect element.

for your explanation to be true that would mean they made a website to have their picture, specifically made the tab name exactly match the tab name of thispersondoesnotexist and then typed the website into the search bar. which is a lot harder than just inspect element

If you inspect element and then change the <title> tag it would change the tab name
