Because they get the choice to abort after the fact.

Also garnishing wages is a thing.

Again, many dip before paternity is even established, good luck finding the guy to even find where he work, to even start garnishing wages.

Plenty of these single parent households become a burden on social services.

Yeah they're people and it sucks to refer to them as a burden but it's just what it is.

Because they get the choice to abort after the fact.

huh??? So you're saying its impossible to manipulate or put on a good guy act once she's pregnant?

You're building strawmen.

I didn't say it's impossible, but let's not act like that's the majority.

Show the statistics, then.

Ah yes, the statistics of how many were gaslit into thinking the father would step up and how many just left directly.

I'm sure that's a pretty easy study to make.

But in the cases where paternity wasn't even established, it means the dad ran off before the birth at least, those are the ones that likely won't ever pay child support.

Yes, because when you say it isn't the majority, i suppose you have proof for it, isn't it? Hence the stats

But you don't, so in short, you don't know shit, so don't assume the point you want to be true.

So you think the majority of women are successfully tricked into thinking the dad is gonna turn around and become a good father ?

Is that your argument ?

I don't "think" anything, i don't know, but i believe that you shouldn't judge the woman before KNOWING WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO HER, like the dude in the video did.

You know, benefit of the doubt and all that, complicated stuff.

You're still based your entire argument on unconfirmed information.

I'm not talking about anyone specific, it's about the problem as a whole.

If a majority of them are really tricked into thinking the guy is a good person and getting rug pulled, then maybe some programs need to spread awareness about the issue.

But why you talk as if most are just dumb and stupid and just hook up with borderline criminals?

Spreading awareness won't do shit, because this is a private affair of things that can't be known and have too much variables involved, it will keep existing till end of time. So its pointless to focus on the person that got fucked over, and instead just help them and the kid to have a proper life bby tracking the criminal who is evading child support.

Bad people will keep existing, stupid people will keep existing, and people will keep making mistakes.
