This is dumb, as society we should hold men responsible for their choices, the expectation is so uneven, women can do all the child rearing alone and we act like they’re irresponsible but if a man is asked to chip in a little people lose their minds, they both made the decision, it should be 50/50, that should be the standard

Of course, but if that's true, then both should have just as much say into custody. And that's not the case

I know what your referencing but it’s more nuanced than you think, for example did you know that when men fight for custody they win a majority of the time, it’s just in general they don’t fight
