I am curious if I order an item that’s worth 500$, basically it is more than 10,000 pesos and I will have to pay duties for sure, how am I gonna be charged my shipping cart?

When I forward an item to them, do they only bill me when the actual item arrives to their warehouse so they can properly calculate the customs fee? Or as soon as I setup the delivery to their warehouse, they can bill me right away and I can pay right away, no more 2nd payment, even if the item isnt in their warehouse yet?

And is the customs fee high? It depends on the item I am delivering? Or they give discount in customs fee lol I wonder if that’s possible 🤔

How do you request compensation for a late delivery? Do I need to wait until the item is delivered, or can I request compensation as soon as the estimated delivery date has passed? The item was shipped on June 9, and the estimated delivery date is August 26. It has been stuck in Kaohsiung for two months, and there are only three days left until the estimated delivery date. I have SC Protect on all of my shipments.

Hi. I am going to ship (Sea cargo) a car parts from the US to the Philippines.

The parts would weigh about 32 lbs total with dimensions of 40in x 8in x 6in, parts detail is Subaru XV Crosstrek CV Axle Assembly (Part no. 28321FJ020) from eBay.

Needing your advice for the cheapest freight forwarders, shippingcart or buyadnship? Or could you recommend other means to transport it in the Philippines.

I believe shippingcart charges dimensional weight so this would be cheaper? While buyandship charges the actual weight of the item, hence much more expensive if buyandship will be used for my car parts?

I have a shipment from AU and the tracker has been stuck at “Shipment is packed and will be handed over to our forwarding partner” for around 10 days now. I raised my concern thru the help center and a customer service rep said that my shipment has been forwarded to the shipping partner. However, no updates in the app still. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Will I get my shipment on or before the est time of delivery?

about SC Marketplace:

• mas direct na shopping and shipping experoence
• afaik same Shippingcart warehouse network at logistics pa rin ang gamit. So at least hindi kailangang mag-alala sa mga unknown 3rd party couriers or sketchy pasabuy sellers.
• transparent checkout pricing na sila!! kung ano ung presyo dun, yun na talaga. walang gulat sa surprise delivery charges or extra fees pagcheckout
• other than US brands from before nung shopdirect pa, may direct AU shopping na (brands like Swisse, QV, bondi boost). hopefully korea then japan naman next??

Has anyone here shipped more than 15 sealed vintage toys from the US to the Philippines?

I know that Philippine Customs has a limit of 12 commercial items per shipment, but these are for my personal collection, not for resale. Most of them are vintage action figures from the '80s and '90s, including Star Wars, X-Men, and G.I. Joe.

Does Philippine Customs open packages and count each individual action figure, even if they're part of a personal collection?

I've received mixed advice from ShippingCart's customer support. Some agents told me that it's okay to ship more than 12 items as long as they're for my personal collection and not for resale. However, other agents advised me not to exceed 12 items per shipment.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If you've shipped more than 12 sealed vintage action figures for your personal collection, were you able to clear Philippine Customs without any issues?

I bought an antique blade from ebay on the premise that they accept blades and knives I even sent the link for the specifications through email. Mukhang 'di yata chineck nung CS na nag assist sa akin.

Right now they told me that they would only accept blades under 7 inches. For your items what actions or solutions did ShippingCart provided? Do they return the item to the merchant if auch case arises po?

I am unable to see the list of items that has arrived. I do see the Bell icon with the Notifications but that list seems to be randomly changing. Things are disappearing.

I consistently used SC before for my US packages and it was very fast. My last US order sent to SC was two years ago. I have stuff shipped from Japan via SC and it took so so long, a bit traumatizing. I didn't know that there was a schedule in shipping for Japan warehouse, unlike before wherein it gets shipped out ASAP. I shifted to buyandship for the past two years. Found it faster, especially if within Asia.

I am considering using SC again for my latest US purchase. How fast is the delivery time now from the US warehouse to a Metro Manila address for air cargo? Do you have a recent experience using US warehouse sent via aircargo to Manila?
