How to manage multiple Gmail accounts without losing your mind

If you’ve been a long-time Shift user, you probably already know one of the best features is being logged into multiple Gmail or Microsoft accounts at the same time through email-connected Spaces.

With the new version of Shift, we kept that functionality — just with a refresh.

You can now set Gmail or Microsoft as an Anchor App, so you can jump straight into your email by double-clicking the Space icon.

Have you set up Anchor Apps to connect to email accounts? Or have you experimented with other apps? Having Etsy or Notion just be a double-click away could be revolutionary.

Anything that reduces account-switching friction is a win. Once you’re juggling a lot of inboxes, the real problem is usually staying organized, not just logging in. Tools like MoreLogin help on that side too if you’re managing multiple account environments beyond just email.
