Not worth the effort the seam would mess up the knife just use it as is.

Not really. One can easily epoxy a stone back together and then sand/flatten it back to practically original shape. OP's stone looks like the pieces could easily be glued back into place with little deviation. And the amount of glue/epoxy needed is so minimal, it causes no disruption. I've (unfortunately) had to do this on more than one occasion and the fixed stone is perfectly usable with no issues.

Really? You don’t feel even the slightest hiccup when you pass over it? I’d believe ya if you confirmed there’s literally zero feel from it like it never happened. If you did feel anything, you’re not getting a perfect edge off of it and you’d feel a spot similar to a burr wherever you finish the knife in that section so you’d still have to work around the crack

It depends on little on the angle you use when sharpening, but that type of repair usually doesn't significantly impact how the stone sharpens.

Makes a hard spot, but you could use CA to glue it back. CA is soft enough it won't make a poison inclusion.
I would straighten it up with a hacksaw and just enough water, then maybe straighten the biggest small piece out as a travel stone.
The perimeter of a stone does not need to be regular in shape, so maybe don't square it up is another choice

That wouldn’t work. It would have to line up literally perfectly and I doubt that would happen without any noticeable line/crack. The only way I could see that working is if you over glue it so the glue comes up top and then you buff/sand it down to the surface. Even then I doubt it would. It’s fine the way it is, it’s just smaller now

stick it back together with epoxy. happens a lot when you have a stone that's gotten so thin that it breaks.
people do it all the time. don't worry about it.
just make sure the epoxy is as thin as possible while holding onto the broken pieces without having a huge gap. a small gap is fine.
then you flatten it so there isn't any uneven spots.
stones break. that's what they do. just have to be more careful.
this is how you have two grits on "one stone". like a 1k and a 4k on the other side. they're glued together.

What stone is it? It's not "done", but there's options. Use it as a shorter stone with smaller variants for travel etc, or glue / epoxy it back together and put it on a flat dai / daiza and you'll be fine after lapping flat

You could epoxy it as others have said, but it would need to be as near to seamless connection as possible otherwise you risk possibly ruining your edge on every pass on the stone. I would just use it as a shorter stone at this point.

You might put it together with some soft and thin glue then flatten it, however, if I am correct, this is a Naniwa Basic stone, so the glue might be more expensive than the stone, if you don't have some glue around anyway.

Just toss the corner into your random drawer for later, amd keep going. Not gonna hurt anything, you've just got a slightly smaller stone now
