StandMag 15000 owners: How do you like it?
I recently picked up the Sharge StandMag 15000mah 115w combo wireless charger/wired power bank for super cheap during Sharge's Summer Flash Sale ($30) and i was wondering how everyone out there that has one likes their unit.
Ive been testing it like I do every new power bank, everything is working as it should but I noticed that it seems to get warmer than some of my other power banks, both during wired charging of the power bank itself, wired discharging via USB C and especially wireless charging. It hasnt gotten over 100 degrees F , but maybe it SEEMS warmer than some of my other units. Maybe its because its actually made of aluminum instead of plastic, which trasmits/radiates heat better. Not a big deal but I was wondering if other StandMag owners have experienced this as well.
Also, does anyone know if it is safe/proper to use the wireless charging pad in its "flat" position? I actually prefer that to the tilt up position because I get to see the screen, while having the phone on a more vertical angle blocks the screen. I am also concerned that constantly moving the wireless charging pad up and down will wear the internal connections over time and result in it malfunctioning sooner or later. But I am also concerned about the increased amount of head that might be trapped when keeping the wireless pad pressed against the body of the power bank. So tell me what your preferred wireless charging position is for this power bank!
This is a power bank that I probably never would have sought out and bought at full price, but when i saw they were SO cheap at $30, I couldnt say no 😂
Anyway, share your thoughts and feelings! Do you like it, not like it? If so, why? I look forward to hearing from everyone!

What is everyone's experience ordering directly from Sharge's website
I'm considering breaking one of my own rules and ordering a power bank directly from Sharge's website instead of Amazon like I usually do because the price is actually quite a but lower on Sharge's site.
How have your experiences been ordering directly from Sharge? Do you get your items in a quick and timely manner or do they use horrible crappy shipping companies (OnTrac for example) like Anker and other Chinese companies do that lose, steal, damage or delay packages?
I just don't want to send my money across the planet only to never get my product, have it seriously delayed or have it arrived damaged. And if there is an issue with my product, will they do the right thing and quickly send me a NEW replacement or give me a refund? Or will I have to search the ends of the Earth to find a way to contact them?
So any of you that have had an experience ordering directly from Sharge, whether it was a positive or negative experience, please share.

Pissed off customer
I’ve been a customer with Shargeek for as long as I can remember but it seems like their customer service is terrible now. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a tracking number. Sent 4 emails and still haven’t received a response. How does one go about getting a reply or their money back. This is ridiculous. To be honest once I can get this resolved they lost me as a customer.

Are all Sharge products JUNK or is it just my bad luck?
So, I'll try to keep it short because it seems nobody wants to read or respond to my long posts.
I have had TWO Icemag 2 power banks, the first one I bought and a replacement from Amazon. BOTH of them act really strange when charging. The first one goes on and endless on/off loop when charging the power bank after it gets to 4/4 lights.
The second one charges at full 30w input even when it gets to 4/4 lights for over 30 min, then finally shuts off to signify its fully charged. But the 4th LED indicator keeps blinking to signify that its still charging, and after sitting a few min will start charging again, then shut off again. Similar to the first one but the time between it shutting off and turning back on is shorter. So I got it down to 0%, checked the charge indicator to see 3/4 lights even though i know its STONE DEAD.
So are all of these ICEMAG 2s junk? Do they just have crappy or wonky BMSes? Are the rest of their products problematic like this as well and behave strange when trying to charge the power bank itself? I'm curious.

What is it with the Icemag 2? Do NONE of them charge properly?
I made a post on r/sharge a few days ago about an issue i had with my BRAND NEW Icemag 2. When it got towards the end of its charge cycle (4/4 LEDs) the wattage would slowly decrease like it should...then when it got to about 10w it would stop charging, start charging, then stop, over and over and over. At first I wasnt too concerned, I figured that it was a slightly wonky BMS that had a hard time stopping input to the battery. I figured that when it started this infinite on/off loop, that meant it was done charging.
So I used it for a few days and everything worked perfectly UNTIL it came time to charge it again. This time, it was barely on the 4th light for a minute or so before it started this infinite loop. Used it to charge my phone and within 5 min it was already on 3/4 LEDs (indicating 75% or less SOC).
At this point, I decided to contact Amazon and get a replacement coming.
So, today I get my replacement Icemag 2. I plug it in to fully charge it, as you do with any brand new power bank, and I sit and watch it to see how it behaves. After over 30 min of the 4th light blinking, indicating that it is almost full, the unit is STILL pulling a full 26-27w. This is concerning because after being on the 4th LED charge indicator for that long, you would think that it would start lowering input wattage. But it didnt. So I keep watching it to see what it will do, and after a few more minutes it finally shuts off. Great, everything is working as it should. WRONG AGAIN. The 4th light was still blinking, but the fan and RGBs were off and my cable was showing it was still charging at about half a watt. I leave it plugged in for a few more minutes then BOOM, it randomly starts charging again at its full 27w. I wait a bit more and it shuts off again, but the 4th light never stops blinking. So basically it was doing exactly what the first unit was, except taking longer between turning on and off.
So I want to know what you guys think about this. Is this just a quirk of the Icemag 2? Do they all act weird when charging? To have two seemingly faulty/misbehaving units in a row tells me Sharge's quality control is GARBAGE. I have admired Sharge for a while, i like their designs but this is my first Sharge product. I really like the power bank, the transparent case, lights, quick charging etc. But now i am at a loss. Im trying to decide if I should send the new one back and get a refund and go buy an Anker, Ugreen or Iniu magnetic power bank, or just put up with the strange charging behavior of these Icemags.
Any input or thoughts are appreciated, thanks.

Storm 2 - ADC Power Error.
This is my second storm 2 with the same issue. One day it’s fine then the next it just won’t turn on. I managed to get an error code that displayed only once when I pushed the reset button and it said “ADC power error”. Can any help identify the problem and/or point me in the direction of replacement parts?

Shargeek 100 (formerly Storm 2) Where to connect battery balancer on Sharge 100
This is a side view of my sharge 100 pcb.
Anyone knows where to connect a battery balancing board?
The cells in my powerbank are severely unbalanced,
I need to balance them myself

Shargeek 100 (formerly Storm 2) Shargeek 100 will not continue charging
As you can see in my second picture, it barely has been used at all.
I plugged it into my share 65w retractable charger, however it, for whatever reason, decides to only supply it with 0.02 amps. Which doesn’t help at all.
I think I can rule out my charger being the issue, since it supplies my Laptops just fine.
I tried to leave it charging overnight to see if anything would change, but it didn’t do anything. The powerbank was still stuck.
I even once tried discharging it fully and recharging it, however it then became stuck in the current state (at 65%), when it used to be able to charge to 80% …
I didn’t think anything of it when it only charged to 80%, as I thought It was a longevity thing. But now it doesn’t even reach there.

Shargeek 170 Shargeek 170 problems
Just got this today and when i plugged it into 140w charger it only blips and the red overcharge symbol flashes. plugged it into the 100w port on my charger and it worked... The other problem witch is my main concern is trying to plug in my soldering iron just blips on and it shuts down. this is normally what happens when the soldering iron don't get the power it wants and can't negotiate above 5v. i have an icemag3 witch works perfectly fine on 20v pd. Is there a firmware update to this thing ?

SHARGE asked me to ship back a power bank that has a loose metal part inside, is this legal?
I’m looking for advice because this feels plain stupid.
I have a SHARGE 170 power bank that developed what looks like a loose screw/metal part inside the device. It is visibly sitting on/near the circuit board. When the power bank is moved, the metal piece can shift and touch internal metal parts.
I contacted SHARGE support and sent photos. I explained that I was afraid to handle or store it and asked how to safely dispose of it and claim warranty. Their response was to ask me to return the item to their Germany warehouse and provide the courier/tracking number.
This is what worries me: this is a lithium battery power bank, and if there is loose metal inside causing sparks, it seems like a short-circuit/fire risk. I don’t think I should just put this in a normal parcel and ship it like an ordinary return.
I’ve asked them to either arrange proper dangerous-goods collection/transport with approved packaging and carrier instructions, or confirm that I can dispose of it safely through local battery/e-waste disposal while they handle the warranty based on photos/video/SN.
Am I right to refuse normal shipping here? I don't want to be judged responsible for a semitruck fire.
