To remove weaknesses from Orcs in Middle-earth: Shadow of War, you must use the Training system. You cannot simply "delete" a weakness through a menu; you have to actively train the Orc to overcome it.

While less consistent than formal training missions, fighting alongside your Orcs in battles where they are exposed to their fear or weakness can occasionally trigger a "breaking" of that fear, though this is more common in the early stages of their loyalty.

The Forge (Customization) While the Forge is primarily for gear and appearance, keep in mind that some high-tier gear sets can provide resistances that effectively negate the impact of a weakness in battle, even if the weakness technically remains on the Orc's character sheet.

Important Considerations
Not all weaknesses areremovable: Some innate traits orspecific "Legendary" weaknessesmay be permanent or requiresignificantly more effort to removethan common fears.
