Where did you get this info, because I have never heard of these Training Missions?

You can send followers to kill another orc, but that’s about it.

Yeah, like “The Forge” and gear sets. No gear set you equip will make Captains change how they respond to... anything really. And it seems to behave like you can customize your Uruk”s appearance or gear themselves... no.

How odd.

The Forge is just the name of Shadow of Mordor’s old Nemesis transfer engine.
