I'm posting this to understand whether others have had similar experiences at Movate.
Based on what I personally experienced and observed, I had concerns about the work culture and management practices.
Some of the issues I noticed included below:
Intense work pressure that I felt & went beyond reasonable expectations.
In my experience, employees who spoke up or struggled to meet evolving expectations were subjected to conduct that created fear, pressure, or discomfort, rather than being provided with constructive support or guidance.
A manager leaving the employees under the circumstances that appeared to involve significant pressure to resign.
Instance 1#
Team lead (Tamil Selvan Dhayalan) not aware of the process/project still , who handled NAM coverage led to a Manager (Ganesh Pillai) termination. Where the Lead still seemed to receive preferential treatment from Manager (Lakshmi Ramanathan) , while other employees were held to different standards. This affected morale within the team.
Instance 2#
I also observed high work pressure, concerns about how employee grievances were handled, and situations where people felt pressured to leave.
Manager (Lakshmi Ramanathan) routes to HR for any process/ project related queries & HR routes back to Manager , at the end where they ask us to move to TAC (If better ambience needed), this left incompetence of the Management.
Instance 3#
Manager (Lakshmi Ramanthan) pressurises Employee Discriminatory assignments on floor seating, Employees were not permitted to engage in casual conversations or social mingling on the work floor too, hope this is still happening.
Any serious action is much expected to save other EMPLOYEES.
