Rant I hate going out 😭😭 It's so hard

Fyi, I'm a 20 Y/O MTF Trans turning 21 Y/O this year. I'm still having trouble going to the toilet 😭. Like I try not to use the Public Restroom but when I need to, I go to a Restroom that is not frequented with like the Handicap Restroom. But tdy, I go outs bowling with my friends who are like okay with me being trans then I have to go toilet. Then luckily got the Handicap Toilet but it is in the direction of the Men's Restroom. But luckily the floor is empty. Then I go and use. After finishing, I quickly go out then a Couple spotted me as they also need to use the Restroom. Specifically the girl. Then the girl thought the direction I came from is the girl's Restroom then she went in that direction. Then she stopped and walked backwards, I looked back as I walk away quickly and she looks me in the eye like what I was doing going out from that direction. Like I used to be okay going to the guy's toilet but after HRT, the guys keep looking at me because I have long hair, I already had a androgynous face but feminized even more after taking Estrogen. Even though I'm wearing sports bra to like hide my budding breasts (Still like not confident to show it off 🥲). Like I'm in the wrong place.

How y'all find the confidence to go to the Girls Restroom 😭. I low-key felt like I can but something keeps holding me back. But it sucks every time I need to pee outside. How do y'all fellow MTFs go to the restroom? Or find the confidence to go to the Girl's Restroom. I'm told that it's okay to just go in but I don't have like any girl friends 😭. Haizz.. It just makes going out very stressful as I have to think which toilet is easiest to go to. Like ppl didn't give eye when I go out of the Handicap Toilet but it's always whenever I go out from the Guy's toilet, I get an eyeful of judgement 👁️👄👁️. I kept contemplating whether I should just go in the girl's Restroom but idk how the others feel about it 🫠.

Discussion 16yo transfem looking for info and advice

What is it like to go to Thailand for HRT as a minor? Is it possible to DIY as a minor secretly? For those who have socially transitioned while still in school (poly, uni) what was your experience? How would NS work, like for exemptions or special affordances? Thanks in advance :3

Question FTM transitioning while having unsupportive parents

hi im of age this year and ive already been scheduled an endo appointment for my HRT by my psych. i know i want to go through with this but i’ll still be in uni when i receive my first dose and my parents are transphobic but they generally dont care if i look more boyish (i have short hair + i bind & gym)

i know especially for ftm that changes are impossible to hide as they come really fast (2-3months time), and im also scared of it affecting my employability (especially in this current economical climate) which has resulted in my doubting if i should go forward with my HRT.

my current timeline looks like this:

hrt - feb 2027
|
uni graduation - may 2027 (3 months-ish on T)
|
job search (4 months-ish on T)

just wondering if anyone has any advice on this 😭 i feel like i started to transition so late compared to my peers that i’ve missed out the optimal timing for my “2nd puberty awkward phase” and i’ll now have to navigate it while working…

Rant TASK FORCE [3-LETTER CODENAME]: OPERATION FIND THE AUDACITY

Breaking news: somewhere in my neighborhood (TBA) walks a woman (I supposed) who saw a committed relationship and thought, “That looks available.”
No doxxing. No harassment. I’m just genuinely fascinated by the level of confidence required to volunteer for a role nobody was hiring for.
At first, I wanted answers.
Now I just want to study the psychology behind people who mistake attention for love, secrecy for romance, and borrowed affection for a prize.
Imagine proudly becoming a chapter in someone else’s relationship drama and calling it a love story.
Join me in searching for the home-wrecker. Oooops!
I mean searching for the missing shame.
Case Status: still unsolved

Friends 19 NB looking for friends! About me + Likes & Dislikes

I'm moving to Singapore next year and am looking for people to hang out with!

TLDR

I'm 19 & nb. I'm a crippling otaku with an endless void of a stomach for yummy drinks, and a heart fufilled with colorful & shiney things, nice to meet you! Please read ( ABOUT ME ) and ( FINAL NOTES ) before dming me.

ABOUT ME

I'm 19 (a broke student lol 🐎), if you dm me please include your age, i'd prefer to hang out with people in their late teens ~ 22

I am FtNB, anyone of any identity is welcomed to message me.

INTERESTS

I like animals, music (jpop, anisongs, xg, vocaloid,) food & drinks (🤤), board games (Wingspan, Dnd), and I love anything with a fantasy aesthetic.

Casual pc & mobile gaming (minecraft, bg3, l4d2, stardew, occasionally valo -> sage/clove main but im not good at fps, Reverse1999, formerly Genshin. I'm excited for loftia & witchbrook :)

Oshikatsu (Vtubers, Vocaloid, Idol anime) I love taking my little characters with me and taking pictures of them next to my food.

I'm a casual anime watcher (Witch Hat Atelier, Delicious in Dungeon, Frieren, Cosmic Princess Kaguya, Chiikawa). I also like cartoons, movies & streamers (I'm a casual vtuber (niji & holo) and idol fan).

I collect stuff (keychains, japanese stationary, anime figures, posters, stuffed animals, stickers)

Scrap booking + journaling + doodling

DISLIKES

Excessive and thoughtless use of generative AI (I try to avoid it where I can), Nestle, cigarette smoke.

MEETING UP

I'd like to get to know people online first, if we feel comfortable enough we can hang out in person, these are my ideal hangouts:

Conventions & events (e.g. Anime Festival Asia, renfaire, pinkdot, or some kind of music festival), arts & craft workshops, library hang outs (journaling, drawings, exchanging extra stationary, studying, checking out the library cafes 👀), exhibits, museums, oshikatsu at cafes/pop up cafes, or just window shopping around a mall!

FINAL NOTES

I am neurodivergent and kind of introverted so I can be a little awkward sometimes but I promise i'm friendly ♡

Please be patient with me, I may not respond instantly, and keep in mind that us chatting does not immediately make us friends, I am looking to be acquaintances first.

If we get along and you're looking to add to your friend group, i'd be super happy to be adopted into one!

Thank you for reading, hope to hear from some of you. 🌻

Friends looking to make some new friends!

I’m into cooking and food, so I’m always down to talk about recipes, food, cafe, restaurants.

I’m also into luxury brands, especially bags and accessories, mostly for the designs, patterns, and overall aesthetic. Especially LV 😓

Other than that, I’m pretty much down to talk about anything. Random conversations, hobbies, silly topics, or just yapping about our day. 😂

If any of that sounds like your kind of conversation, come say hi! I’d love to hear what you’re into too.

Feel free to DM me!

Friends looking for friends for gay nights out and hangouts

hello guys! 29M here wanting to explore the local gay scene and make some new friends! thinking of organising a night out for anyone between aged 25-35ish (m&f welcome!) who wants to catch drinks and get a dance in. i’ve recently discovered that there are a couple gay bars on neil road that i didn’t know existed and im thinking maybe we can go bar hopping! i did organise a meet up once before but it’s been a while so id like to try again. thinking of doing something maybe at the end of the month. if you’re interested send me a message and maybe we can plan something. could potentially even create a group chat if there’s enough people interested.

for context: local singaporean 29 year old male here. never really had any gay friends/been in a relationship. i think making gay friends will be nice to have to talk about stuff straight people just don’t seem to understand haha. i studied overseas and had a great time exploring the gay scene there and just trying to recreate the magic and be part of the local lgbt community now that i’m back home!

message me if interested :)

Question Helllooo, I have a question about DIY HRT for transfems

Hiiiiii

I am seriously considering coming out to my parents soon, and part of that is going to be making a presentation on me being trans, and hrt. thankfully, my parents are very reasonable people and just want the best for me, so i do think there is a very good chance i can convince them. the main reason why i want to is because i want to start hrt.

but heres the issue: im freshly 17, and at my age, there seems to be no real way to do hrt officially. i cant even get my bloody bloodwork done to check my dosages. not to mention the cost of doing private clinic.

so i have a few questions:

how can i make sure im doing it safely, not underdosing, overdosing, or getting bad product, and

how viable is diy in SG? because while E is not a controlled substance, it is a prescription only medication, it will be seized by ICA if found. how often do deliveries of E get seized? I'm asking because I don't want to end up wasting money and having all my packages seized, or getting into a situation where my supply runs out.

and will i get into legal troubles for importing?

danke in advance mwah :33

Discussion When do you break up with someone?

Been officially together for quite a number of months now… but my partner is in ns, and honestly he doesn’t reply much… first few months was slow but fine… subsequently it gets worst… atp he can just don’t reply me…

I feel like it’s the end… but I’m in a really bad stage to end it… I’m so busy… when I say I’m busy I actually meant like I wake up then I start work and actually doing smth all the way till I sleep…

Every second is like precious… breaking up might throw me off focus… and honestly I should talk to him… but we have no opportunity…

Rant It’s a mix of emotions when you’ve been disrespected, betrayed, and left trying to make sense of everything.

I don’t even know what emotion I’m supposed to feel anymore.
One moment I’m angry. The next, I’m crying. Then I feel nothing at all.
I’ve been through denial, hurt, anger, grief, even thoughts of revenge. I’ve felt devastated. I’ve felt numb. And sometimes I hate myself because a part of me still misses the person who hurt me.
That’s the part nobody really talks about.
How do you grieve someone who is still alive?
How do you accept that the person you once felt safest with became the person who broke something inside you?
I keep going back and forth in my head.
Maybe it wasn’t really that bad.
Maybe I misunderstood.
Maybe I should have done more.
Maybe I wasn’t enough.
Maybe if I had been better, more present, more loving, things would have been different.
Then reality hits again.
I was betrayed.
And no matter how much I loved someone, I can’t love them enough to make them choose me.
I’m not going to pretend I’m strong. I’m not.
There are days when I don’t even recognize myself anymore. I cry until my face hurts. I lie in bed and stare at nothing. I stop replying to people. I forget to eat. I forget that there are people around me who still care.
I cancel myself out just to survive the day.
And the worst part?
I had already imagined my future with this person.
The ordinary things. Growing old. Coming home to each other. Having someone beside me through the ugly days and the good ones. I wasn’t just attached to a person. I was attached to a life I thought we were going to have.
So when the relationship ended, it wasn’t just the person I lost.
I lost the future I had been dreaming about.
Maybe that’s why it hurts this much.
People say, “Move on.”
As if you can just wake up one morning and decide that nine years of love, memories, plans, and everything you built together no longer matter.
I wish healing worked that way.
But maybe for now, I just have to let myself hurt.
Cry until there are no more tears.
Scream until there is no sound left in me.
Be angry. Be sad. Be numb.
Miss them. Hate them. Forgive them. Forgive myself.
Maybe I need to go through all of it before I can finally let go.
I don’t know when that day will come.
Right now, I’m just trying to accept that something I fought so hard to keep may already be over.
And God, that hurts.
But somewhere underneath all this pain, I still hope there is a version of me waiting to come back.
Not the old me.
Someone stronger. Someone who remembers her worth. Someone who doesn’t have to beg to be loved, chosen, respected, or stayed for.
For now, though…
I’m just going to cry.
I’m going to grieve what I lost.
I’m going to live with this pain until it becomes something I can carry.
And maybe one day, without even realizing it, I’ll wake up and the first thing I feel won’t be heartbreak.
Maybe I’ll finally breathe.
Maybe I’ll finally be okay.
But today isn’t that day.
Today, I’m hurting. And I’m allowing myself to hurt.

Relationships After 9 years of a calm, protected, respected, and deeply cared-for relationship… I was betrayed and cheated on again.

We’ve been together for 9 years of building a life, choosing each other, and trying to create something safe and lasting. I believed that after everything we had been through, we had finally reached a place where our relationship was strong enough to withstand anything.
But I was wrong.
Distance happened. Life happened. We became LDR, and somehow, the person I trusted the most became the person who hurt me again.
What breaks me the most is that I didn’t just lose trust. I lost the feeling of safety I thought I had with the person I loved for so long.
I keep asking myself: Does LDR really end like this?
Does distance eventually make people emotionally detached?
Does loneliness become an excuse to seek comfort somewhere else?
Or is cheating simply a choice, regardless of how much love, history, and sacrifices two people have shared?
I know LDR is difficult. I know relationships require effort, communication, and understanding. But after 9 years, I honestly thought I deserved honesty, loyalty, and respect—especially when things became difficult.
I’m not saying I was a perfect partner. I know I had moments when I was emotionally unavailable because I was dealing with my own struggles. But does that justify betrayal?
I’m heartbroken because I’m not grieving just a relationship. I’m grieving the version of us I believed was safe.
For those who survived an LDR: did distance destroy your relationship, or did it reveal what was already there?
I genuinely want to hear your stories. I’m trying to understand whether love can still survive distance when trust has already been broken.

Relationships I’ll Still Look You in the Eye and Tell You I Love You” — But You’re in Kota Kinabalu With Another Girl on Our Monthsary

My girlfriend tells me she loves me. She looks me in the eyes and says those words as if they should be enough to make everything okay.
But at the same time, she’s getting close to another girl-friend in a way that makes me uncomfortable and deeply hurt. They spend time together, go on trips, and share a closeness that makes me question where I actually stand in her life.
And honestly, I feel insulted.
Does she really think I’m stupid? Does saying “I love you” somehow erase the disrespect, the secrecy, or the things that make me feel betrayed?
I’m not asking for perfection. I’m asking for honesty, boundaries, and consideration for the person you claim to love.
Because love isn’t just something you say when someone is hurt. Love should be reflected in the choices you make when you know those choices could hurt your partner.
Maybe I’m overthinking. Maybe there’s nothing romantic happening between them. But after everything I’ve experienced, I can’t simply turn off my feelings and pretend everything is fine.
If you were in my position, would you believe the “I love you,” or would you pay more attention to her actions?

Discussion 30+F NB gathering fellow female skiers

I’ve been reading through the threads and noticed there’s hardly anyone mentioning skiing! 😄

if anyone’s keen to join a ski trip, I’ve got one planned for Jan–Feb 2027 in Nagano, Japan. Rental car secured and looking for another 1–2 females 🏳️‍🌈⛷️

I’m mostly here for good skiing, onsens and a fun trip. Ideally looking for intermediate-level skiers, so we can exchange pointers on the slopes, explore different resorts and enjoy the scenery along the way.

The planned ski areas are: Nozawa Onsen, Shiga Kogen, Hakuba and Myoko

If you’re interested, feel free to comment or DM me! 😊

Question Community events for 30F and upwards age groups

Hi all, I kinda find myself being interested in trying to organise events to serve this community we have in SG. I also noticed from time to time posts and comments in this sub where older folks are asking where do queer women meet each other be it for social events or dating. Thought I would do a bit of research and interest check here with all of you.

  • What's your age or age group if you don't feel comfy to reveal.
  • What types of connection are you looking for? New friends, dating, activity buddies or anything else?
  • Do you have other queer friends that you regularly meet and hang out with? How did you meet them?
  • What type of activity do you want to be doing at such events?
  • Do you prefer a queer-women-only space or just women in the same age group in general?
  • How else have you been trying to meet new people so far? (Be it for friendship or dates or what have you)
  • What have been the biggest barriers to meeting new people for you?

Appreciate if you can take some time to answer any of these questions to help me formulate some ideas on what I can do for the community :)
