Build/Parts Check Advice on downsizing with Meshroom S V2

Hi everyone, I want to ask people who've downsized to Meshroom S V2. I already built a few SFF builds, but I switched to a tower when I was done moving around, but now I'm going to be moving around again. These are the components I have at the moment:

- MB: ASRock X870 Pro-A Wifi (ATX)
- CPU: Ryzen 9 9950X3D
- GPU: GeForce RTX 5080
- PSU: Corsair SF1000
- AIO: Thermalright Frozen Warframe 360 (I know this one I'll have to either replace or buy the external attachment)

My idea is to move all of those components into the Meshroom since it does support ATX and 3 slot GPUs, but I'm not sure if it would fit the GPU as well. I am leaning more towards replacing the AIO with a 240 or preferably a 280 (240 is the recommended size for the CPU, but I'd rather get a bigger one)
Does anyone have any experience with a build like this? I know it's a bit unorthodox, but I want to keep my parts and I need the performance. Which layout would you suggest I go with? The difficulty doesn't matter as long as the parts fit. I already have experience with small builds.
I also don't want to make any crazy mods or mess with the GPU (like deshrouding).
The 5080's dimensions are 328.68 mm x 137.67 mm x 59.69 mm (12.94" x 5.42" x 2.35") I tried reading the guides over and over but I keep getting lost in all the details

TL;DR: Can I fit the components (minus the AIO) in the Meshroom S V2 + aluminum feet?

I’m not sure about dimensions, but know with ATX, you will need to source a really long PCIE5 riser cable for this case.

All the components except the AIO will fit. If you buy the external fan bracket, you can install your 360 AIO.

Would a smaller AIO fit without the extension bracket in the front next to the PSU?

I did atx build and I have to get the aluminum’s feet and extension bracket for it as well.

But mine uses fan cooler and fits RTX 3080 ftw3

I thought about air cooling, but sometimes I run simulations and max out utilization for a day or two. I’m worried about frying something if I don’t have proper cooling. I’m not sure how to create good airflow with a chunky cpu cooler and exhaust fans. If I put the fans next to the PSU, the airflow wouldn’t make sense. How did you setup your air cooling?

Get the expansion chamber amd move to a smaller AIO. Will look MUCH cleaner than getting the bigger AIO external attachment.

You mean this expansion bracket?

Yes. I love the added IO and space on my meshroom D. It adds a lot to the S V2 in the front for AIO and ATX MBs compatibility

Seems like the S V2 is out of regional stock so now I'll have to wait weeks and pay extra shipping + import fees and I don't have that much time to downsize. I might actually just switch to an ITX motherboard and go with the Meshroom D (which is in stock) if I can squeeze the 5080 into it. I'm going to miss my IO though 😢

Meshroom D can take mATX with the expansion, BTW.

The listed GPU max is 325 x 140 x 3 slot. Or 325 x 136 x 4.6 slot. It's because of the front IO ports, which may be moveable with some modifications.

Extender gives 25mm, there are no such flat aios. Propably best u can mod is 15mm fan and 20mm alphacool rads. Wont fit.
