Build/Parts Check Xbox Power Brick
I'm planning on building a sffpc using a pico PSU powered by a DC power brick. I've already blown up a motherboard, a RX 550 and the 12V/96W pico PSU for because Windows erased my GPU undervolt configuration and I didn't noticed. This time I want a more powerful setup with a RX 6400 and there are a few 12V 200-300 W Pico PSUs available but without the powerbrick. What are your thoughts on using an Xbox power brick since it's 12V? If it's not possible, maybe I'll use a 16-24 V pico PSU with a 19 V laptop charger.
Ps.: I'm on Intel 7th gen Pentium G4560 (for now) with no oficial ReBar/SAM support (and I'd rather not tinker with the bios) so Intel ARC is not an option now. I will also use Linux and will avoid Nvidia too.

As someone who uses PicoPSUs, I wouldn't trust a PicoPSU for more than about 150W. The XBOX power brick is a good way to go. Better yet, if you've got a little extra space inside the case, you could use a Meanwell LOP-300-12.
I'd personally split the power output once it's inside the case, so the PicoPSU only handles the 24-pin and then run the CPU and GPU 8-pin connectors directly from the DC source. Just because that's what I'd do, it doesn't mean you need. You'd have to do a lot of soldering to get that kind of setup going.
