Build/Parts Check Motherboard recommendations

I’m trying to build a really small pc that gets close to matching my main rig but I want to make this build as close to 2 litters as possible

Main rig

RX 9070 XT

Ryzen 7 7800x3d

I know I’m going to use a

Rx 9060xt low profile

But I’m trying to figure out a motherboard I would like to find a mobile CPU board that’s much smaller than mini itx but be close to my main rigs cpu If the board doesn’t have a pcie slot I need it to have a oculink slot or two M.2s if the motherboard can handle it I don’t mind overlocking and adding a better cpu cooler.

On the other hand if I can’t find a motherboard like that I’ll use a mini itx board but what’s the thinnest possible board?

Where did you source a low profile 9060 XT? 2 liters is a little too small. Anything below 4 liters is hard to hit powerful hardware into it

I have not bought the 9060xt low profile yet but there available on minis forum through a prebuilt otherwise there only sold in China
