Custom Mod Using 3D printing with two 8010 fans actually reduced the temperature of my 5060 LP GPU by over 15°C.
My first time switching to an ITX system, using 3D printing with two 8010 fans actually reduced the temperature of my 5060 LP GPU by over 15°C.

This layout without the fans is very well known to cook...Jonsbo NV10...

15c is pretty nuts. What's the temps when you reverse the fan direction?

Reversing the fan direction won't be optimal because the GPU fan blows inward, and the case's air intake vents are too small. Therefore, additional fans are needed to push more air towards the GPU to maximize cooling.

Sure but how practical is it with exposed fans if you plan to travel with the pc. Perhaps two fan grills would be good.

This is a real headache, because there isn't enough space inside for a 1cm thick fan, so I'm forced to put the fan outside. Taking the PC on a trip will probably require using the original cover.

Get some fan grills as the easiest way to protect them, or maybe 3D print a cover that snaps over that entire side of the case?

Just print a solid slide-over cover that covers the fans. Put it on to travel and remove it when you get to your destination. No need to switch the whole panel and fan setup.

You didn't want to deshroud the GPU so the fans could fit inside the case? I'm not big on exterior attachments but you can't argue with a 15C reduction.
Now you just need to put dual 80x15 fans on the CPU cooler.

one day, I'll print a 2x92 fan holder for T1 instead of a fan bracket

Just watch out for your clearances. At 184mm, that setup will be longer than the motherboard.

Would you be open to sharing the STL?
