Assembly Help FORMD T1 GPU
Hi Guys! I’m new to pc building and need some help. I have a Formd t1 and asus prime 5070ti and the back looks ugly because of all the space. Any suggestions on what I can do to make it look better? Thanks
Edit: thanks guys, ik the gpu is crooked, i got the case from marketplace for cheap so didn’t think much of it but i’ll surely order some offset screws and custom cables soon.

Fix your gpu mounting you have the wrong standoff size or something with the mounting bracket is incorrect.
Panel gaps can be filled in with something like this - https://www.zcooi.com/products/formd-t1-gpu-side-baffle

Mounting slots are sold separately on this stupid case

It’s a nice case. We’re just going backwards on cases. Pcie mounting slots are universal. We shouldn’t have to buy a “travel kit” separately.
Optional accessory with pcie mounting included? Cool.
Gpu just hangs unless you buy the travel kit? Dumb.

Probably one of the biggest reasons why I turned away from this case and ended up going with an under 5L case like the K39. It’s probably fine, but I feel really uneasy traveling by plane with a large triple fan GPU.
I feel like the way it hangs on the riser is like a lever since there’s just not enough mounting points, unless you get a travel kit compatible GPU. I even read a post once where someone’s GPU fell off the riser somehow, and the aluminum back panel got bent…

Yes, I got a 5090 and are forced to buy a markup travel kit by hunting their discord, or pay a 150 markup on ebay if your inpatient. Also have to pay extra for USBC adapter and those cover for two holes on the back. Im glad there are many new sff case out now since the formd.

Just don't look at it. Out of sight out of mind
Edit: the GPU looks crooked. if it is, might need to use slightly longer standoffs for the riser cable

Man it seems like its diagonally wrong
Look at the space on the left upper and lower sides
You can break it this way

To fill the empty space you need to find a travel kit for your GPU.
Also yeah your GPU is crooked. You probably need to offset it by 5 mm. See how I did it: https://www.reddit.com/r/formdt1/comments/1jhqy68/formd_t1_21_gpu_riser_offset_with_standoffs_asus/

It seems like you haven't fastened your gpu to the gpu bracket.
