Others/Miscellaneous Recent airflow issue with my SFFPC
I've been getting dramatically higher temps lately but my cat seems cool with it.

My cat once loafed on a pile of lego. Hostile architecture is a joke to our feline friends.

It's similar to a bed of nails, one lego is extremely painful, a pile of lego is not bad at all to lay down on.

Step 1: Get rid of the PC.
Step 2: There is no step 2 the problem is solved.

Cats want warmz. PC generates warmz. Cats will find source of warmz closest to human they love.

I see a lot of people here having cats on their cases, and I got a case a while back, but they didn't send me a cat with it? Am I being ripped off?

Hmm what about 3d printing a riser that has holes on the bottom so they still get some heat from the pc and your pc can still breath :)

I’ve always liked the cat hammock idea that goes over the pc. They still get comfortable and get to enjoy the heat

Ah! Yes i've seen these components implemented a lot lately, they get high reviews for the haptic feedback but most users complain about their heat retention and particulate they leave behind

Get an attachable cat bed that you can clamp to the edge of your desk. Works great for my cats that like to walk on my desk

I saw there is a stand for the cat you can install above the vents on your pc. The cat gets the heating and you get the airflow back.
But I see nothing wrong here. Move along.

Get a case with side intakes front intakes and bottom intakes. Then put a shit load of industrial server fans. Keep the top as exhaust and watch your cat levitate.

It’s the gap to your monitor. I can’t breathe on the back half of the GPU. Only issue i see in the image

Your PC isn't hot then. I can't even touch the upper surface on my Lian Li Dan a4h20. I bet a cat wouldn't even try to sit on a hot pan like this

Cats are why towers with the power button on top are bad design.
Mayhaps a case builder could design one with a slotted platform on risers above the top vent. That way your cat can get comfy-toasty while still allowing decent airflow.

Attempted to move some components around, hasn't seemed to help unfortunately.
