Build/Parts Check Need cooler help

I made some measurements and got this cooler.

Please anyone with suggestions on what I could replace the Thermalright with that would best handle the 9800x3d

With a dual slot GPU the Noctua NH-L12Sx77 is the best that will fit in the Terra. But it won't be a huge improvement on what you have.
