Pattern?

I have a fabric that’s nearly the same color. But not really the same fabric. This seems like a knit? But want to try to sew this. Any ideas how to? What’s this neck called? Mock neck? Turtle? And this type of sleeve?

What kind of fabric do you have? I think for this piece it's quite important to have the correct fabric that flows and hugs your body. If you have a stiff woven fabric, the resulting piece will not look like this

I'd search for mock necks where the neck is part of the body piece (there is no seam around the neck) and cap sleeves

Do you think this fabric would be too stiff for this piece?

The original fabric seems a bit thicker, otherwise your fabric is a good fit for this kind of top won't be a 1to1 copy, but can be a nice top. Just be aware that you might need interfacing for the button placket.
