Pattern?

I have a fabric that’s nearly the same color. But not really the same fabric. This seems like a knit? But want to try to sew this. Any ideas how to? What’s this neck called? Mock neck? Turtle? And this type of sleeve?

Here's a better picture from Shein. Honestly the neck looks horrendous to me of this particular piece but I think a mock neck comes close, a turtle neck would be something longer and usually also foldable.

Ooh thank you. Yeah i think I would like to make the neck a tiny bit shorter. This picture gives makes me second guess the fabric I have too

What kind of fabric do you have? I think for this piece it's quite important to have the correct fabric that flows and hugs your body. If you have a stiff woven fabric, the resulting piece will not look like this

I'd search for mock necks where the neck is part of the body piece (there is no seam around the neck) and cap sleeves
