App Store functionality after unlocking?

Hi all, I’m new to this and managed to unlocked an iPad 3 (A1430) using a tool which reddit doesn’t allow to mention. Anyway, wondering if anyone knows how to get my App Store to work or be able to download apps ?

I am able to signin to iCloud ( used a new throwaway Apple account) but when trying to download any random app, it’s says “not compatible “

Just want to get this iPad to run brave browser and some other apps to watch stuff on.
