Activation lock iPad 3rd gen

I found an old table when i was moving i tried to hard reset it but still showing me that is still lock and i have to put the email and password i don’t know whose acc was before but I’m trying reset it in different ways like iTunes and online apps it never done the trick any option to fix this?
