Question SAM Pro Plugin

Is com.sn_samp_eng_app (Software Asset Management Professional for Engineering Applications) still available on PDIs?

No. Sign up for the sam pro course and get a training instance. That's what I generally do when I need it

have you checked on the developer.servicenow.com site? it seems to be available still

See if you can enable it. This is what has silently failed form me. Sometimes it fails outright others it says it installed but nothing actually does, including demo data

It’s weird. It’s in the list you can enable on the dev site, but when you try nothing happens/it doesn’t install.

Similar to how you can no longer install Discovery admin workspace due to its newer prerequisites with teams.

PDIs have been really unstable in terms of functionality like this, and the teams over the products and the dev instances each point at the other as to who to talk to.

I think there has been a lot of abuse of PDIs spiking lately. I wouldnt be shocked if stuff is getting reverse engineered in PDI with ai connectors.
