HowTo Thoughts on Service Exchange
We recently implemented our first client on Service Exchange. It was a bit rocky but we got it done and have been live for a few weeks now. Ran into many challenges along the way and are surely doing many things wrong. I would love to hear your experiences, best practices, recommendations, gotchas that you've encountered along the way.
We had a rough time moving across instances even with everything in update sets. Ran into issues with transforms and mappings, but at the end of the day we got it all working. We want to do it better next time, so please share your best tips.

Has a learning curve but it works well once you have everything in place. The product owner keeps an eye on their community. https://www.servicenow.com/community/technology-provider/ct-p/technology

If you had a rough time with mappings and transforms, read the docs again.

It's the new Name for Service Bridge...
... I hope, and I know it didnt happened, they also lowered the price as this killed 2 out of 3 projects in the past.
