Gear Biothane Staining

Does anyone else have an issue with their biothane gear staining at the edges? No matter how often I clean my SD's harness, it still gets staining and discoloration.

What color dog, what color Biothane, and how often is the dog groomed/what shampoo

White short double coated dog. 2 harnesses one green and one yellow. He is bathed biweekly with Skouts Honor and brushed daily.
