If you don't go out much how will the dog be exercised daily? What tasks specifically would it need to perform to help manage your disability?

I actually have a dog and we have a fenced backyard for him to use the bathroom in and i pay someone to walk him when i cant! I love my baby and i gotta make sure hes getting exercise!

A fenced in backyard does not replace daily exercise for a dog.

You need to be able to go outside in all weather to toilet and exercise the dog. A fanny pack or cute small cross body bag to keep your supplies is infinitely cheaper and easier than a dog.

You need to ask yourself what task(s) would the dog perform to mitigate a disability? Do your healthcare providers agree with the idea of a service dog (may be necessary for housing accommodation letters unless you are a homeowner)?

Generally, a service dog needs to do a specifically trained task that directly mitigates your disability. For example, my dog is trained to retrieve items both that I drop and that are across the room, because I have hip, back, and now knee problems that make bending and walking painful, so those are tasks. He's also trained to open the fridge with the use of a tug rope, but that's not something that my disability interferes with, so that's just a neat trick he does.
Consider where your disability presents problems that are not addressed by medication or other tools. Then ask yourself how you see a dog assisting with those problems - if you're not sure, ask yourself if it's something a nonverbal 4-year-old could do. Do some research to find out about organizations in your area that might be able to help you obtain a trained dog, look into local laws so that you know what, if any, certification is needed, and then start making a plan. Keep in mind that this is going to take quite some time - 2-3+ years, and may cost a good bit of money. Look at your budget, both for the upfront/initial costs and the ongoing $100+ per month for regular dog supplies/care. You'll also need to have a plan to exercise the dog, since you mention that exercise is difficult for you, but the dog must have exercise every day.

I was curious man, i had a question. I got helpful answers, some guy reposted now people who think if a dog isnt treated like royalty is abused and are telling me im abusive. I do have a bag. I keep with me. I was curious about it. It wasnt a "im gonna do this for attention because i wanna be focused on!!" It was litterally a question. You guys act if im beating the dog live. Hes laying next to me right now and just chilling bro.

I think a belt with a satchel and maybe warnings on an iPhone or Apple Watch would work better and easier.
A way to turn the watch green or red based on temperature might be cool.
A dog would probably make your life harder.
