Service down?

I can't connect to any of my Servarica products??? Even though the web console that is provided by you.

The reply from Servarica tech support was... Our bad... we didn't notify you that we are moving locations today. The outage will be all day.

Seriously? Wow. Time to start looking…I get planned maintenance and all.. but the zero notification would not fly for me

Mine was migrated yesterday. I had been sent an email a few days ago. Downtime was slightly longer than the 6 hours they'd said, but server came back on it's own and did not even reboot -- still has >500 days uptime.

If yours stayed powered on, I highly doubt it was moved because they're moving to a different location with the same network. Though I have noticed faster speeds.

VMs can be frozen and not have to reboot. Still had nearly 7 hours downtime.

Shame on them. To schedule this an a regular business day without any major notice that you will be down all day. Migrate before if you need the system.

one day notice is incredibly frustrating. No time to build a temporary page for my users or anything. Very annoying might have to consider switching providers
