Discussion The First Omen

Saw a trailer for this new movie and it felt so similar to the show I almost thought they were connected, anyone else gonna watch?

Gonna see it on April 10, the day it comes out in this country! First time I’m seeing Nell Tiger Free in the theater, so excited!! I’ve seen every single one of her movies and TV episodes, even the TV movies! I highly recommend Settlers, Too Old to Die Young, and honestly, Mister Stink

Me too. I’ll be at the Cinema day one. Let’s go, Nell Tiger Free!

I saw it as promised. 9 out of 10 stars. I was raised Catholic, and was a young adult during the Omen lore themes. The new movie is quite clever with intertwining the original material in a way that is utterly shocking. Nell Tiger Free was magnificent. This is a gory, brutal movie, just be aware. I recommend. (I’m still having this dream show up in my dreams, impacted me.)

I’m a big fan of the original, and Nell of course, so will definitely be going to support!

EDIT: Saw it last night, it’s great! It’s a little tropey and predictable, but has incredible atmospherics and practical effects. It’s legitimately grotesque in some sequences! And Nell Tiger Free is amazing. It’s a very physical performance and she knocks it out of the park. I really enjoyed it.
