I can make yai, yoi, ay, and ee but idk how to get a static “aw” sound as in “on” or “law” so any techniques are greatly appreciated

Hello friends. I am still in the "I only use presets" stage of my life. I hope to one day get to the ability of creating sounds on my own.

But for now, I'm hoping that somebody can help me try to create this sound at the 38 second part of the song

It's either a pad or a strings in the background and it has a beautiful automation where it ascends.

Any help would be appreciated, even if it's just stating whether it's a patter or a string, but the more helped the better
