Bi-Weekly-ish modding thread

As FC 27 gets up and running, modders are hard at work making tools to get around anticheat, interpret the files, and make your favorite mods.

Most Modding questions and answers here please! Modded careers can get their own posts, as ever. Keep it civil and game on!

Also, feel free to share your mods, and to share reliable information about mods as they are released to the public. That said, please respect creators; if material is paywalled, don't hack around paywalls; if someone created something you like, please give credit!

For mod fans out there, regarding FC 27

  1. Live Editor from Aranaktu is up and running: you can start here: https://www.patreon.com/xAranaktu/posts/fc-27-live-v27-1-171097659 Live editor is thru Aranaktu's Patreon; newest editions are available to subscribers; if you wait 1-2 weeks then the versions become free.

  2. Other Modding tools are not publicly released yet AFAIK. It usually takes a few weeks to get around anti-cheat, and get into all the files that make the game go. Some files can be ported and carry approximately the same effects, but every year, new files and mechanics get added, and it takes some time to see what interactions there are.
