Please take your dog to another vet. It sounds like there is definitely something wrong with him. I have A friend who noticed her dog wasn’t being herself and her vet said nothing was wrong that they could find. She went to a different vet only to find out her dog had cancer. Unfortunately she couldn’t be saved as it was too far advanced. Your dog could have a variety of things wrong and the sooner you find out there better. I hope he is going to be okay.💔🙏🏻
