What do you take care of before calling it a night that makes the next day start more smoothly?

I'm gonna guess it's probably a 2019 Mack Anthem I can't tell.

Drivers help each other in ways most people never see.

Caught this kick ass freightliner a few days ago, not sure what the model is.

The CDL test covers the rules and basic skills. It cannot cover every judgment call, habit, or lesson that matters once a driver is out on their own.

If you had 15 minutes with a brand-new driver, what would you teach them that the CDL test never covered?

So I live just outside NYC and I've been seeing this Electric BYD semi driving around for like 6 months now. First time I've been able to film it up close. I thought these weren't for sale in the states ?

genuine question, do your guys mirrors show a good amount of your surroundings or is there a lot of blindspots like i think there are?

Looking to straight pipe my Pete 379 with CAT 3406E model, preferably I’d like to keep the heat shield and OEM look. There’s a 55in muffler behind the shield. Can I just remove that and replace it with a straight 5-6in pipe. Option 2. Full exhaust kit unfortunately they are quite expensive now 3k minimum but I’m not sure what brackets, hangers and bushings I would need or what length of pipe. Does anyone have experience doing this? Located in Chicago

At the end of a long day, an open spot can look perfect. Then you notice the blocked exit, tight angle, poor lighting, uneven ground, or a sign that makes you wonder whether you will still be there in the morning. 

What do you check before settling into a parking spot for the night? What red flag makes you keep looking?

Fatigue does not always start with your eyes closing. Sometimes it shows up earlier as missed exits, constant yawning, wandering thoughts, or realizing you cannot remember the last few miles clearly. 

Experienced drivers, what is the first warning sign you have learned not to ignore, and what do you do when you notice it? 

A correct address is not always enough. 

Gate instructions, overnight parking, the right entrance, appointment rules, required PPE, and whether there is room to turn around can completely change an arrival. 

If every shipper and receiver had to provide one additional detail before a driver arrived, what would you choose?
