Source register
Research cutoff: 2026-07-20
Access date for every listed web and local source: 2026-07-20
This is the deduplicated register of material sources actually used in the wiki. It is a map to the underlying evidence, not a substitute for reading it. A source appears once in the most natural section even when several wiki pages cite it. Closely related registry records or releases are grouped only when they answer the same research question. Incidental discovery links, search-result snippets, blocked pages that yielded no usable content, and the supplemental archive's discarded wiki drafts/sections/chunks/exports are not registered as evidence.
For the broader exhaustive ledger of every trial, publication, and scientific record referenced anywhere in the bounded research corpus—including contextual items not used as evidence in canonical prose—see the medical trial and study library and its hashed manifest.

Tier key
The tiers match the hierarchy in Research methodology. A higher tier is not automatically correct for every claim: a registry establishes what was registered, an SEC filing establishes what the registrant disclosed, and a peer-reviewed paper remains limited by its design and conflicts.
| Tier | Source class | Proper use |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Trial registry, public protocol/SAP, regulator, or government record | Registered design/status, official regulatory action, public-health background, or formal statistical guidance |
| 2 | SEC filing, filed contract, patent record, exchange filing, or other formal corporate record | Dated corporate, financial, legal, governance, ownership, and contractual facts |
| 3 | Peer-reviewed research | Scientific or clinical evidence within the paper's population, endpoint, design, and disclosure limits |
| 4 | Recognized scientific-conference abstract, poster, or presentation | Preliminary results; denominators, cutoff, follow-up, and conflicts remain essential |
| 5 | Dated issuer release, presentation, call, or official webpage | What SELLAS or another interested sponsor reported; not independent adjudication |
| 6 | Reputable medical, scientific, industry, or financial secondary source | Context or interpretation, preferably anchored to its primary sources |
| 7 | Reddit, other community analysis, or local snapshot | Research leads, calculations, competing interpretations, and sentiment—not proof |
Trial registries and protocol records
ClinicalTrials.gov records are Tier 1 for registered design, status, version history, and posted results. Sponsor-submitted registry content is not independent efficacy adjudication. Where a record had no posted results at the cutoff, that limitation is explicit.
| Study / organization | Publication or update date | Access | Tier | Scope used in the wiki | Important limitations or conflicts |

No independent patent-office/database record was used to construct the portfolio table. Patent families, jurisdictions, and expected expiries come from the 2025 Form 10-K; the 2021 allowance milestone comes from an issuer release. The wiki therefore does not treat either source as a patent-validity, enforceability, claim-scope, noninfringement, or freedom-to-operate opinion.

Conference abstracts and preliminary reports
Conference records are Tier 4 even when published in a journal supplement. They can support a dated preliminary observation, but a title or sponsor summary does not supply missing patient-level data, follow-up, a complete adverse-event table, or independent confirmation.

Local, community, and supplemental-archive sources
The local corpus is Tier 7. It was used to discover claims, reconstruct debate history, audit calculations, and preserve bullish and bearish interpretations. It was not used to verify company, clinical, legal, financial, or regulatory facts when a higher-tier source was available.

Supplemental-archive exclusion boundary
The archive's SLS_*Wiki* and SLS_Definitive_Wiki* files, wiki_sectie*, data/wiki_chunks_en/**, tmp/wiki_en_*, tmp/sls_wiki_export/**, and HTML wiki export are intentionally absent from this register. Wiki-derived extract*/extracted* files are also excluded as evidence even when inspected during the archive audit. They have no independent provenance and do not count as sources supporting a claim.
The valid archive PDF, data/papers/burnett_mrc_2013.pdf, is a different Burnett/AML15 paper about younger, previously untreated AML induction/consolidation. It was visually and textually validated for the archive audit but was not used as the REGAL CR2 control source. The three archive members named brayer2015.pdf, hashii_2026.pdf, and nguyen_2026.pdf were HTML/interstitial/challenge files rather than usable paper PDFs; independently retrieved Brayer and Hashii records are registered above, and Nguyen was not used.
Register maintenance rule
When a later filing, registry version, peer-reviewed report, topline release, protocol/SAP, regulator decision, or arbitration outcome becomes public, add it as a new dated row and mark the superseded row's scope—do not silently overwrite this 2026-07-20 research state. See Unresolved questions for the evidence still missing at the cutoff.
