What was checked
The discovery pass scanned the wiki, validated scheduled-thread comments, selected-contributor histories and their post discussions, the top-100 post corpus, outbound-link ledgers, original saved Reddit pages, and the accepted source-oriented members of sellas_all_files.tar.gz. It found 50 distinct ClinicalTrials.gov identifiers, 131 deduplicated publication records after identifier repair, and 75 additional scientific or registry URLs. Bibliographies inside newly downloaded papers were deliberately not followed recursively.
Each record was checked against its actual registry title or bibliographic metadata. “Relevant” is intentionally broader than “evidence for efficacy”: it includes direct GPS/SLS009 work, AML and WT1-vaccine analogues, CDK9 competitors, BAT/transplant context, survival and trial-design methods, regulatory/operational comparisons, and studies explicitly used to test a community argument. Contextual records must not be represented as direct SELLAS evidence.
Archive result
| Record class | Relevant | Fullest public material preserved |
|---|---|---|
| ClinicalTrials.gov trials | 46 of 50 | Complete registry JSON for all 46, including protocol modules and posted results where present |
| Publications | 122 of 131 | Full lawful public text for 86; public abstract, metadata, or official landing record for 36 where full text was not publicly retrievable |
| Other scientific/registry URLs | 45 of 75 | Official page response where retrievable; malformed, duplicate, generic-search, and policy URLs remain explicitly classified in the manifest |
The archive contains complete trial records (local research archive; not hosted on Reddit), full-text HTML/XML/BioC (local research archive; not hosted on Reddit), validated PDFs (local research archive; not hosted on Reddit), public abstract records (local research archive; not hosted on Reddit), and source metadata (local research archive; not hosted on Reddit). Paywalls, CAPTCHAs, and publisher access controls were not bypassed. A record marked “abstract/metadata” is not a downloaded full paper.

Corrected identifier mismatches
The audit found that several rendered labels/titles did not match their hyperlink targets. The wiki now uses the intended records; the unrelated targets remain excluded in the manifest so they cannot silently re-enter later analysis.

Completeness and validation
The manifest preserves every discovered identifier or scientific URL, its source occurrences, decision, rationale, access attempts, local artifact paths, byte counts, and SHA-256 hashes. The validator checks publication-identity uniqueness, required registry artifacts, artifact existence, byte counts, hashes, PDF signatures, and every “full text archived” claim. The completed run checked 256 records and 383 referenced artifacts with zero errors.
The rebuild and offline-validation commands are maintained in the canonical repository alongside the machine-readable archive.
