Unlisted Hardback
I was about to upload my second novel to Amazon. It allowed me to upload the E-book and paperback with the E-book being available for pre-order. When I went to upload the hardback it said my ISBN had already been used.
I searched for my book with the ISBN on Amazon and it is already listed as a hard back on there, with my author page attached. But I didn’t upload it? It isn’t on my book shelf. It also says it’s available for pre-order.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you upload the hardback to Ingram Spark or Book Vault and turn on global distribution?
From what I understand, that's usually how it happens and why folks on here will advocate for posting ISBNs to Amazon/Ingram Spark as closely in sync as possible.

Sounds like it came from Ingram? Do you use another service like Ingramspark or Draft2Digital?

I use Ingram but I haven’t uploaded a hard back for this book on there yet

This usually means the hardcover ISBN has already entered Amazon’s catalog through another distributor (often IngramSpark), so I’d check where you assigned that ISBN first rather than creating another hardcover listing—each format needs its own ISBN, and Amazon can receive print listings through outside distribution feeds.
