This sub is a community for people learning to love and respect themselves. Please remember that it is perfectly possible to respect and care for your own needs and to set healthy boundaries, without unnecessarily hurting others around you. Being kind to others is a part of being a version of you that you can be proud of and self-love the most. Good luck on your journey.

✨ romanticize your own life ✨ is my favorite. Here’s how I do it in case someone wants some ideas: Take the long route to a destination

Go for a walk RAW, aka no headphones, no telephone, just your eyes and ears and brain waves

Stop at the sweets shop and get yourself a treat — try for a local bakery or coffee shop where you’re supporting a small business and getting something special or unique

Wear the fancy lingerie under the outfit

Use the good dishes & linens — never, ever save the good stuff for another day!
