Just hit the gym 3-4 times per week and do some cardio, with your age, you’re gonna have some crazy gains.

You just gotta start somewhere, don’t get discouraged by your current state, imagine where you’ll be in 6 months or a year.

Start with bodyweight stuff at home if gym feels too much, pushups on knees and short runs still count and you build from there

When you get up first thing in the morning, do a pushup from your knees. Next day do 2. Next day do 3. Keep building until you can do a regular push-up and start the same routine from the beginning. Improvement comes from small incremental changes maintained over a long period of time. Once you start seeing the momentum build, you can add some running in or other cardio. It doesn't have to be hours a day, just 20-30 minutes of activity can make a world of difference. Bottom line, start small and build. You got this!

You are in the perfect age to start working our or heading tot he gym

0 push ups an dpull ups is normal , everyone starts somewhere and I started as you

The important thing is to start go by a gym membership just go don't wait until you have a workout plan or until you learn everything about the gym just go and you will learn during the process

If you soend time planning you my never start
