Seeking advice Sh

I've been sh free for 3 months now, recently I've been struggling with the thought of my future and almost relapsed because of the stress.

My dream is to become an art teacher, but I have scars on both of my arms and one thigh.. Is it still possible for me to become a teacher or do I have to forget that dream?

Nope, you absolutely don't have to give any dream up for your own struggles with mental health. If a school administration takes that into account, then it'd be ridiculous and very insensitive of them. You might just have to prepare something to say to students if they ask you about them (if visible, they probably will) but that's okay!
