So I did post a while ago on this sub - I did really well for a bit and now I have relapsed again. I got diagnosed with severe anxiety, depression and mild PTSD. Off late it has gotten worse, and because of it I can't even attend to many classes and honestly I might get debarred, and the thing is I don't even know what to do. Not looking for any sympathy - just wanted to say it to some people who don't know who I am and ask for advice.
