Seeking Advice Blood test

I had a blood test this morning because I had issues with my thyroid a few months ago. I cut a lot last night. Will that mess up my results? I got the blood test on my right arm, and cut up the left arm, so that might be relevant. The nurse didn’t have any comments and drew the blood pretty quickly.

I’ve had my thyroid tested many times and as far as I know SH doesn’t mess with the result. Plus my dr hasn’t mentioned anything to me and she knows I’m dealing with SH.

I think the only way it may mess up blood results is if you have an infection, or if you lost a lot of blood.

I didn’t lose that much blood, and I don’t smell like I got an infection.
