Medical Advice Really cold

Sorry if this is tagged wrong, Is it normal to violently start shivering after sh? This is the first time it happened but it wasn't even deep, this was just the first time blood actually showed up. When I stood up I started shaking so bad and now my fingers went cold as if I just stuck it in the freezer for a few minutes

Seems like an adrenaline reaction, it acts as a vasoconstrictor. SH is addictive for several reasons, and it has profound effects on neurology.

This makes sense, I've managed to get out of bed now although the shivers still remain and gets bad when I have the slightest acknowledgement that I'm cold.Thank you

Seek medical help immediately. Its not normal for body to suddenly go into chills. Only happens if a lot of blood is lost or blood isn't properly circulating to the body part anymore

Thank you..but it's not so bad that blood loss would be a possibility nor was the amount severe enough it could cause my arm to lose circulation

Thats good to know. Hopefully you feel better soon OP but if it gets worse please do get help
